Build plans from your existing documents

Event teams can now turn planning material into an event task plan. From an empty event, choose Build with AI to upload PDFs, spreadsheets, Word documents, CSV files, text files, or Markdown documents. Existing events also offer Add tasks with AI.

Review before importing

The assistant shows its progress while it reads documents and prepares tasks. Review the generated plan before importing: edit task titles, team ownership, event anchors, and timing offsets. Tasks with uncertain timing are clearly marked and require review before they can be imported.

Keep control of your event plan

Choose exactly which generated tasks to include. Approved tasks are added to the event as normal to-do items, with their deadlines calculated relative to the event dates. This keeps the plan flexible when event dates move.

More reliable document processing

Planning document uploads now use the existing secure R2 storage flow, with clearer progress and diagnostic checks for storage configuration and file reads.
